1. Complete Check in and Checkout in PMS
2. Prepare Arrival and give memorable experiences to each Hotel Guests.
3. Fill daily All Hotel registers; Cform, A&D Register, Log Book,etc
4. Handle Guest complaints and Give proper solution.
5. Fill Requisition Form and Receive Inventory.
6. Handle Telephone Calls and Update in System.
Learning and Development Objectives:
1. Daily attend Briefing and De Briefing Meetings.
2. Attend and Complete all Training to improve efficiency.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate Should be have good Written and Spoken English Communication Skill.
- Should Have good Computer Skill and Knows Basic MS Office applications.
