Front office assistant required in subhash nagar

We are looking for a front office assistant (M/F)

Location: subhash nagar

Job Role:

1. Perform Checkin and Checkout timely.
2. Check reservations and update.
3. Handle phone calls and solve customer’s queries.
4. Perform all operational tasks and reports in a timely manner.
5. Increase customer satisfaction and create loyalty.
6. To make the customers experience comfortable and receive feedback from them.
7. Knowledge of I.D.S, English communication

Experience needed: 1-2 years

Shift: morning/afternoon/night

Salary: 8-16k including 2 duty meals
